With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Loepker (Albers, Illinois), born in Breese, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Loepker and Bernice Loepker (Rickhoff); and his grandparents, Henry, Frances Rickhoff, Anthony and Wilhelmina Loepker.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Hoskins (Jonathan) and Clint Loepker (Robin); his grandchildren, Katie, Cullen Hoskins, Chloe and Carson Loepker; his former wife Connie Loepker (Langenhorst); his brothers, Steve "Ope" Loepker (Connie) and Alan "Alpo" Loepker (Sue); his nieces and nephews, Cassie Beckmann, Lauren Myers (Tyler), Cambrin McAllister (Ryan) and Cal Loepker (Shelby); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Tessa Beckmann, Dru, Drake Myers, Bayn McAllister and Baby Loepker; and his friend Tracy Harshaw. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Even in death, Gett's generous spirit lives on, as his donation of body tissue will continue to touch lives for years to come.
