It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Pannier III (Albany, Illinois), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pannier and Catherine Estelle Pannier (Dugan); and his wife Julia Stratton. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Pannier (Oksana), Prague, Richard Pannier, Seoul and Robert Pannier (Lori) of Davenport, IA; his brother-in-law James Stratton (Connie) of Cordova, IL; his granddaughters, Ashley Sullivan (Nathan), Amber, Kristina and Alicia Pannier; and his great grandchildren, Dominic and Anastasia Sullivan.
Memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Albany, or St. Joseph's Indian School.
