She was predeceased by: her father John Stevens; and her brother Jay Stevens. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Stevens (Gray) of Kimberly, WI; her children, Jennifer Rose of Cordova, IL and John Kym Rose of Clinton, IA; her siblings, Larry Stevens (Sheila) of Waunakee, WI and Lori Wade of Appleton, WI; her niece Sarah Wade; and her nephews, Joshua Wade, Nathan Stevens and Trevor Stevens. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
