It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Hanson of Albany, Illinois, born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hanson and Ada Blanche Hanson (Emmert); his former wife Sandra Kay "Sandy" Cosman; and his siblings, Irene Hollingsworth, Bessie Thomson, Leonard and Melvin Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Albany; his daughters, Sheri Sasiela (Kevin) and Connie Hanson of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Michael Sasiela (Jordan), Cassandra "Cassie" Hanson and Kara Zawodniak (Johnathon); and his great grandchild Jack Zawodniak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established by the family.
