He was predeceased by: his father John H. Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn B. Stevens (Gray) of Albany; his siblings, Sheri Stevens of Albany, Lori Wade of Appleton, WI and Larry Stevens (Sheila) of Waunakee, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Rose, Sarah Wade, John Rose, Josh Wade, Nathan and Trevor Stevens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
