He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holcomb and Theresa Holcomb (Ashpole); his wife Bonnie A. Ludvigsen; and his brothers, Frank, Donald and Russell Holcomb.
He is survived by: his children, Luan Sikkema (Randy) of Albany, Brenda Beiermann (Mel) of Albany, Paula Van Zuiden (Todd) of Albany and Rick Holcomb (Stephanie) of Frankfort, IL; his grandchildren, Tyler Beiermann (Kim Rogis), Ryan Beiermann, Rachael Beiermann (Drew Spencer), Tori Toppert (Andy), Tara Rhoades (Matt), Travis Van Zuiden (Kate), Jeffrey Holcomb and Lisa Holcomb; his sisters, Pat Anglese (Wayne) of Albany and Nancy Bielema of Albany; and his sisters-in-law, Celia Huizenga of Albany and Bonnie Holcomb of Erie, IL.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
