He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Baker (late Eugene), Thomas Blucher (Mona), Roberta DeVenny (late Jim) and Kathy White (late Lawrence). He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Rosanne Orsi, Joseph William Blucher, Sandra Lee Blucher (Bill Zrelak) and Peter A. Blucher; his grandchildren, Natalie Orsi-Weiser (Samuel), Joseph Blucher (Rachel), Alexander Orsi, Kelly Blucher and Daniel Orsi; and his sisters, Betty Millar, Carole Lund and Judy Flinn (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
