He was predeceased by: his son Richard Walter Musa. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Cheryl (Tad), Shannon, Cindy (Roland) and Dawn (Thomas); and his sister Diane Rezavy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
