It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelia A. Reformado of Addison, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Benifredo; her children, Edwyn Reformado (Amy), Edith Sanchez (Plaridel), Edmond Reformado (Cora), Edna May (Philip) and Edison Reformado (Kim); her grandchildren, Katryna, Krystian, Jillian, Jeffrey, Jason, Alyssa, Alysson, Edison Jr., Isabella, Ava and Ryan; and her sibling Hydy Pineda.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the visitation and interment will be limited to only (10) people at any given time.
