She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorita Cuscito and Raffaele Cuscito; her grandchild Alena Mastrodomenico; and her sister Rosa Cuscito. She is survived by: her husband Vincenzo; her children, Pasquale (Jill) and Raffaele Mastrodomenico (Kari); her grandchildren, Alisa Bruzzini (Alex), Vincent, Antonio (Alicia), Gina and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Ella and Maeve; and her siblings, Vincenzo Cuscito (Maria), Anna Fanelli (Carmine), Maria DiVenuto (Rocco) and Fond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

During visiting hours, it is still recommended to follow the current State of Illinois Guidelines, and guests should continue to wear masks and practice social distancing.
