He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Sr. (late Bobbi) and Suanne Boitz; his sibling Josh Boitz; and his stepsiblings, Eric (Cynthia), Andrew (Cathy), Joseph (Martha Anne), James Singer and Guzek. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
