She was predeceased by: her husband John; and also Zbigniew Lelis (Maria). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Janusz Lelis (Julianna), Zenon Lelis (Danuta), Marianna Tokarek (Jan), Michael Lelis (Iwona) and Teresa Malawski (Henry).

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the visitation and interment will be limited to (25) people at any given time.
