He was predeceased by: his spouse Gladys; his child Jean Marie Johnson; and his sibling Ethel Hunoway. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Tancrede, Kenneth Kujawa (Pam) and LeAnn Pescetto (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Armand, Christopher, Jason, Brandon, Aaron, Michelle, Zachary, Caleb and Ariana; and his siblings, Dolores Barach, Lucille Burcham (Don), Richard Kujawa and Theodore Kujawa.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Addison Seniors Club or Ronald McDonald House are greatly appreciated.
