He was predeceased by: his spouse Patience Chun; and his parents, Harry S. Chun and Grace Chun. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Phanthavong (Alex); his granddaughter Charlotte Isabella Phanthavong; and his brothers, Robert Chun (Pat) and Geoffrey Chun (Liz).
