Slayton of Beckemeyer, IL; his grandchildren, Joshua Baum of Murphysboro, IL, Cole Johnson (Veronica) of Fort Bliss, TX, Jack Johnson of Belleville, IL, Heather Baum-Cusick (Kelly) of Carbondale, IL, Kaitlyn O'Quinn (John) and Emma Johnson of Belleville, IL; his great grandchildren, MyKayla Baum of Waterloo, IL, Macie Baum of Carbondale, IL, Michelena O'Quinn, Tenley Baum and ILand Aubreen O'Quinn; and his siblings, James Slayton (Lydia) of Granite City, IL and Clarcie Tyler (Terry) of Collinsville, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
