It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ritter of Adair, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Vogel and Lillian Berkshire Vogel; and her husband Joseph Ritter. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Ritter (Becky) of Petersburg and William Ritter (Joette) of Lakeland, Florida. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great- great-grandchildren; one sister and six brothers.
