He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert O. Tabb and Clara G Tabb (Guiter) of Abingdon; his girlfriend Debbie Kelso of Abingdon; his siblings, Cecil Tabb (Barb) of Abingdon, Drew Tabb (Vicki) of Berwick and Beverly Goff (Steve) of Abingdon; and his niece Julie Lewis Miller (Paul) of Abingdon.
