She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Snell and Verla Snell (Bennett). She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Watkins; her son Scott Watkins of Dunlap; her granddaughters, Jordan Nicole, Morgan Elizabeth and Taylor Renee; and her great grandchild Elodie.
