He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Williams and Jennie Williams (Walker); and his daughter Tammy Christine Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his children, Timothy Michael "Mike" Williams of Abingdon, Tom Williams and Tina Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
