Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Pauline Shinn of Abingdon, Illinois, born in Nichols, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 86, on August 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carpenter and Alma Carpenter (Forshee); her husband Robert L. "Bob" Shinn; her stepfather Leo Danner; her siblings, James Carpenter and Ramona Carpenter; and her stepsisters, Marjorie, Charlotte and Barbara.
She is survived by: her sons, John Shinn of Galesburg and Ronald Shinn (Susie) of Abingdon; her grandchild Merissa Clark (Tyler); her great grandchild Nolan; her sister Wilma Carpenter of East Hannibal, Illinois; and her brother-in-law Donald Shinn (Reta) of Lexington, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Due to guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks will be required, as well as social distancing and attendance limits.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
