It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela McDermet (Abingdon, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Doubler. She is survived by: her mother Vada Doubler (Adams) of Kewanee; her husband Charles "Chuck" McDermet; her children, Julee Wagner (Terry) of Burlington, Tami Davis of Abingdon and Randy Davis of Monmouth; her grandchildren, Shanna, Honesty, Jacob, Nathan, Britta (Nate) and Cory; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor, Travis and Maria; her great grandchildren, Colin, Chloe, Alias and Ava; her siblings, Jan Younggren (Hayden) of Kewanee, Kim Brewerton (Larry) of Indiana and Chad Doubler (Sherry) of Georgia; and her pet Sophie.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing limitations and face masks are suggested.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
