He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Taylor and Doris Taylor (Derry); his son Tony Taylor; his brother Roger Taylor; and his daughter-in-law Karen Taylor.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Stroops of Abingdon; his son Michael Taylor of Abingdon; his grandchildren, Logan, Courtney, Martha Taylor and Robert Powell; his brothers, Larry Taylor (Anne) of Galesburg and Paul "Pat" Taylor of Berwick; his sister-in-law Janet Taylor of Galesburg; and his significant other's children, Mike, Traci and Jennifer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
