Marilyn J. Riney Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn J. Riney of Abingdon, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cochran and Mary Cochran (Fentem); and her siblings, Alvin Cochran, Louis Ford, LaVerne Ford, Sandra Cochran and Evelina Cline.

She is survived by: her husband Doyle L. Riney of Abingdon; her children, Steven Riney (Shelley) of Peoria, Gary Riney (Laurie) of Abingdon and Kathy Mueller (Eric) of Decatur; her siblings, Allen Cochran (Gloria) of Lakeland and Louise Paxton (Mike) of Lakeland; and her grandchildren, Chad Riney (Mindy), Jeremy Riney, Jason Riney (Lynzee), Justin Riney (Jamie), Crystal Riney (Jess), Stephanie Riney, Whitney Robbins (Tyler), Jared Riney, Leif Mueller (Anna) and Lance Mueller (Alyssa). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
