He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Flicek and Gladys Flicek (Taylor); and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Basley of Galesburg, John Flicek (Lisa) of Cameron and Diane Adkisson of Springfield; his sister-in-law Donna Flicek of Galesburg; and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Debbie, Jenny, Joe, Jon, James Adkisson, Kyle, Eddie Flicek, Eric and Nick Basley.
