It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ray Neal of Abingdon, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Marsha A. Kidd (Bundy); his son Tyler James Neal; and his mother-in-law Bonnie Axcell. He is survived by: his parent Marsha Ann Bundy; his wife Amy E. Axcell; his children, Breanna Neal of Bushnell, Illinois and Branden Neal (Brianna) of Macomb, Illinois; his brother Michael Neal (Hollie) of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Ava, Ellie, Ryder and Cruse.
Memorials may be given to the OSF Hospice or to the family.
