He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hensley and Maryanne Hensley (Boyer); his close friend Carol Aplin; his children, Jandy Hensley, Jody Hensley and James Richard Hensley, Jr. (Michele Owens); his sisters, Lawanna Hensley and LaDonna Hensley; his aunts, Peg Thomas and Joanne Yoho; his uncle Dan Boyer; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Logan, Brianna and Cash; and his great grandchild Luca.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 546 IL-41, Abingdon, IL 61410.
