She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dupin and Bertha Dupin (Wilmoth); her son Richard E. Owen; her great grandchild Maci Jade Chavez; and her siblings, George F. Dupin and Ruby Stivers.
She is survived by: her husband Isaac "Ike" F. Owen; and her children, Rodney L. Owen (Mary Jane) of Modesto, Randy N. Owen (Becky) of Abingdon and Rose M. Guthrie-Dorvil (Gerry) of Roseville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
