She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest W. Larsen and Maefra Mae Larsen (Simpson); her husband Frederick "Fred" H. Smith; her brother Richard Larsen (Dolorise); and her nephew Jon Larsen.
She is survived by: her son Dan Smith (Tami) of Sterling, Illinois; her grandsons, Shae Smith (Donna) of Rock Falls and Seth Smith (Courtney) of Chadwick; her great grandchildren, Dawson Smith, Bryson Smith, Christian Smith, Thea Smith, Kynnedi Smith and Kambri Smith; and her siblings, Roger Larsen (Mary Lou) of Bloomington and Susan Orillion (Gerald) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
