She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woollums and Evelyn Woollums (Brashear); her significant other Garry Stegens; her stepfather Jesse Cabrera; and her brother James K. "Jim" Woollums.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald DeJaynes; her children, Stacey Leath (Eric) of Galesburg and Donald K. DeJaynes of Abingdon; her granddaughters, Haley Leath and Kiersten Leath; and her great grandchildren, MacKenzie and Jaxon.
