He is survived by: his wife Renee; and his children, Michael Stevens (Jodi) of Gillette, WY, Melanee Speth (Ryan) of St. Anthony, ID, Mitchel Stevens (Wendy) of St. Anthony, ID, Joni Amen (Brad) of Ashton, ID, Brad Birch (Rhonda) of Medford, OR, Susan Welker (Steve) of St. Anthony, ID, Carri Bakula (Don) of Oakley, UT and Terri Whitson (Barry) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
