We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2021, at the age of 91, Neoma Lee Donica (Wilder, Idaho), born in Jay, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Lillie Mae Norris; her sister Billie Jean Kinkade; her son-in-law Rick Dickson; and her niece Stephanie Tabor (Jerry).

She is survived by: her sister Velva Simpson (Bill) of Nampa; her daughters, Rhonda Dickson of Wilder, Sheila Towery (Steve) of Caldwell and Laura Murphy (Clint) of Wilder; and her grandchildren, Kim, Kelly, Dawn, Randy and Chad. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
