He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Higinio Rodriguez and Pomposa Rodriguez; his children, Efrain Jr. (Nuno), Rachel Rodriguez, Alicia and Gonzales; his stepdaughter Maria Garica (Chite); and his siblings, Alberto, Adrain, Juan Rodriguez, Esperanza Pena, Suelema, Elva Rodriguez, Elvira, Lopez, Consuelo Rodriguez, Balbina, Prado and Corina. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
