He is survived by: his brothers, Earl Lanny Kelley and Jerry Kelley of Wilder, Idaho.; his nieces, Chrissy, Kathy and Kimberly Kelley; his nephew Nick Kelley of Wilder; his spouse Clem Puga; his sons, Michael Kelley, Robert Kelley (Bobby) and Kenneth Kelley (Brian) of Wilder, Idaho; his grandchildren, Tyler Herrera of Mabton, Carissa Kelley, Robert Kelley Jr. and Kayla Kelley of Wilder, Idaho; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Aubree Bellamy of Wilder, Audrey, Avery and Sabastian Herrera of Mabton, Washington..
