He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Keith and Mildred Virginia Andrus Wert; his sister Pam Fleming; his nephew Bradley Mattix; his sister-in-law Joyce Adams; and his uncle Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Stephanie (Rodney) of Bliss, Daphney (LaRon) of Jerome, Tiffani (Kevin) of Mountain Home, Phil II (Brandy) of Wendell, Bethany of Jerome and Whitney (Drew) of Vale, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Amber, Ashley, Alex, Elsie, Zane, Nicole, Jordon, Emily, Kirstin, Julian, Tristan, Evan, Autumn, Emma, Orin, Dax and Axel; his sister Melanie (Tom) of Wendell; his uncles, Loren and John Wert; his aunt Maid (Willabelle); and his pet Maggie.
