He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruben Hopper and Iva Hopper; his wife Helen V. Cobb; his children, Joe, Roger, Richard, Robbie Hopper of Wendell, Idaho and Pamela O'Neal (Jim) of Wendell, Idaho; and his brothers, Danny, Gary, Buddy, Bruce, Gayle, Eddie and Mike of California. He was also cherished by three great, great, grandchildren.
