He is survived by: his siblings, Linda, Keath, Larry and Dennis; his brother-in-law Charles "Red" Orr; his wife Kathy; his children, Richard Emery, Jeffery Louis and Christine Marie Velasco; his sister Gayle Orr; and his grandchildren, Jackson Emery, Alex-Ann Bay, Jacob Louis, Hazel Emery "Emmy", Carson Jeffery and Liberty Jo. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
