He is survived by: his wife Diana Comstock; his children, Kelly Fravel (Scott), Douglas Kurtz (Rhonda), Ronald Kurtz (Dale) and Carol Chytka (Tom); his grandchildren, Brandon, Kristoffer, Zed, Zach, Katelyn and Alyssa; his great grandchild Camden; his siblings, Mildred Murphy, Irene Thomas and LaVerle Kurtz; and his close friend Pat Mitchell.
