He is survived by: his significant other Kandis Lee Johnson; his children, Kenneth Blaine, Blaine Johnston (Rachel) of Meridian, Idaho and Kimberly Eubank (Daniel Eubank) of Lander, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Ashley Johnston, Devin Johnston, Kace Eubank and Keanu Eubank; his great grandchildren, Josiah Woodward, Mikayla Woodward, Athena Mae Cliff, Kael Frederick and Cache Gibson; and his sisters, Vernona Nicholas of Ohio, Elaine Daniels of Providence and Linda Johnson of Hazelton, Idaho. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
