She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burbank and Otie Burbank; and her husband Dewey Voorhees. She is survived by: her children, Charles Voorhees of California and Erin Sandoval of Wendell; her brothers, Mike Burbank of Buhl and Pat Burbank of Alabama; and her grandchildren, J. J., Antonio, Gabriel Sandoval of Idaho and Adam Voorhees of California.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Valley House in Twin Falls or to any local animal shelter.
