He was predeceased by: his brother Laurie. He is survived by: his sister Retia Fountain (Al); his children, Ross Cook (Lily), Andy Cook (Ashley) and Diana Smith (Daryll); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Kaylob, Averi, Aiden, Emilee, Ashlee, Jason and Katie. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
