She was predeceased by: her father Floyd "Corkey". She is survived by: her mother Janet of Sublimity, OR; and her siblings, Christine (John Murtha) of McDonough, GA and John of Salem, OR. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
