We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 46, Leo Wesley Spencer of Weiser, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Spencer and JoAnn Duncan Howard; his sister Jacqueline Jackling; his grandparents, Delbert, Goldie Duncan, Wayne and Grace Spencer; his great-niece Freya Finch; and his mother-in-law Shirley Phelps.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Spencer of Weiser; his children, Tanner Spencer of Weiser and Jordan Darby (Riley) of Weiser; his brother Brad Spencer (Kristie) of Weiser; his father-in-law Bud Phelps of Council; and his siblings-in-law, Jamie Reyes (Cesar) of Ontario and Steve Phelps (Janine) of Princeton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
