It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Abbott (Weiser, Idaho), born in Norton, Kansas, who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; her parents, Ralph and Mae; her brother Ray; and her brothers-in-law, Roy Stapleton and Cecil Abbott.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Abbott (Shawna); her stepdaughters, Becky Thomas (Ron), Terri Scott and Cindy Hylton; her grandchildren, Chad Tant, Christopher Kyle Tant (Ashley), Sarah Kiser (Trevor) and Cody Abbott; her great grandchild Melody Tant; her siblings, Frank Thompson (Fran), Vanetta Stapleton, Martha Vineyard (Noel) and Lonny Thompson (Hisako); and her siblings-in-law, Art Abbott (Gail) and Donna Abbott. She is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews.
Bobbie continued to live in her home until her family started noticing the signs of Alzheimers disease.
