He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Mann and Eileen Cromwell Mann; his daughter Candace; and his sister Dodie. He is survived by: his wife Kalee Mann; his son Justin Lee Mann of Ririe, Idaho.; his siblings, Matt Mann (Kayleen) of Grays Lake and Hollie Monroe (Roy); and his grandchildren, Casey and Austin Edwards.
