He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell "Dick" and Kathleen Wiley (Snethen); and his daughter Jessica. He is survived by: his child Harley Davidson; and his sisters, Joyce Wiley of Iowa and Kim Wemhoff of St. Maries, Idaho. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
