He is survived by: his daughters, Audra Foster of Idaho Falls, ID and Sandra Stetzel; and his brothers, Allen D. Foster (Tina) of Idaho Falls, Bruce A. Foster and Michael E. Foster (Tiffany) of Shelley, ID. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
