He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Speirs and Mary Van Orman Speirs; his wife Myrna; his siblings, Eldon, Louise Mickelson, Berniece Tarbet and Margaret Burdick; his children-in-law, Cindy Speirs and Kerry Judy; his grandson Micah Pierson; and his great grandchild Tara Voorheis.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Speirs (Sharla), David Speirs, Iras Miller (Kevin), Marietta Blanchard (Tory), Edward Speirs (Nicole), Jolene Pierson (Ryan), Clark Speirs and Patricia Judy. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
