William L. Claiborn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William L. Claiborn (Twin Falls, Idaho), who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack D. Claiborn and Emily Wall Claiborn; his siblings, Elaine Burkey, Jack and Ed; and his son-in-law Buck Coe.

He is survived by: his former spouse Merlaine Hartzell; his children, Kirk (Bev), Randy, Scott (Deb) and Laurel; his former wife Bonnie Jo Nelson; his family, Kris, Scot, Kimberly and Kari; his brother Murtaugh; his wife Sondra Cedarholm Lee; his children, Scot Nelson (Janet Murphy), Kelly Lee (Shirley), Lori Claiborn, Kris Schinbine, Kimberly Nelson (Rick), Kari Coe and Terry Smith; and his grandchildren, Kent Claiborn (Janan), Kendra Lockwood (Ron), Jamie Claiborn (Nichole), Branson Claiborn, Coleman Claiborn (Jessica), Stacey Nelson-Kumar (Raju), Kali Kuck, Andrew Nelson (Katie), Lindsey Herrick (Adam) and Kyle Smith (Jessica). He is also survived by his children's friends.
