She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Wegner and Eleanor Wegner; her husband Leroy Paul Messner; her children, Robert E. Messner (Shirlene), Sharlot A. Baker (Phillip) and Darl R.; her siblings, Frank Wegner, Arlene Breshears, Daniel Wegner, Sharon Rowlands, Adrian Wegner and Samuel Wegner; her sister-in-law Mary Bolton; her grandchildren, Barry Messner, Shawna Hilliard-Bobango (Jack), Lance Hilliard, Shane Hilliard, Loren Hilliard (Tracy), Sean Messner (Sarah), Joleen Hall (Brandon) and Kaleen Hanna (Jason); and her sibling Falls. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Willie's name to Orton Botanical Garden in Twin Falls, The Peregrine Fund World Center for Birds of Prey, or a charity of your choice.
