Velma Jean Armstrong Obituary

We bid farewell to Velma Jean Armstrong (Twin Falls, Idaho), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 31, 2024 at the age of 81. Velma Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Hathaway and Charles Herbert Hathaway; her stepfather Glenn Draper; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Matthews and Helen Ida Runyan.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond Devere Armstrong; her children, Raymond Armstrong, James Armstrong, Sharon Blackburn (David), Joy Worsham Peggie (Norman) and Mary Pullin; her granddaughter Becky Lammers Paul (Brandon); and her sisters, Judy Erickson and Nancy Hull. She is also survived by Grandkids, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rosenau Funeral Home & Crematory (2826 Addison Ave E, Twin Falls, ID 83301). A private memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
